Personal Assistant to General Manager will be directly reporting to the Boehringer Ingelheim General Manager/Head of Human Pharma GulfIP in Dubai.
Tasks & responsibilities
Manages planning and execution of communication and logistics organization of internal & external meetings and consults on compliance.
Creation and implementation of process related tools and platforms.
Local crisis management.
Systems Management for audit readiness.
Similar work experience in a multinational environment. Work experience in pharma industry is an advantage.
Experience in project and event management.
Experience in operational planning.
Ability to balance an understanding of the business and employee needs.
Flexibility and agility required to manage and support constant changes in the organization and need for continuous improvements.
Passion for Communications with good communications and interpersonal skills.
