Vacancy : Stores Clerk x 5 Contract
Reporting to: Stores Control Officer
Main Purpose of Job
To account for all inventory and inventory movements
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for;
- Receiving and storing of inventory
- Allocating and issuing inventory to Commercial and Retail clients
- Posting of inventory movements in the ERP system
- Performing inventory reconciliations
- Carrying out periodic inventory counts and
- Record keeping for all inventory movements
Qualifications
- At least 5 O Level passes including English and Mathematics
- A Higher National Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- At least one year relevant experience in stores management environment
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of Navision Microsoft Dynamics, and
- Clean Class 4 Driver’s License added advantage
